DALINE PERSPECTIVE / GENERAL PRACTICE NOTE

Read the requirement precisely
Separate mandatory eligibility, experience thresholds and supporting information. Record the evidence required, the responsible person and any clarification needed.

Make the reference relevant
Describe the scope, duty, capacity and role actually delivered by the referenced entity. Assess whether the tender allows reliance on a partner or related company before using that evidence.

Close the gaps early
Prioritise missing documents and uncertainties before the submission deadline. Use the permitted clarification process for ambiguous requirements.

Check consistency
Keep reference schedules, corporate documents and technical responses aligned. The final review should make each material claim easy to trace.
